Delivery and Cancellation Policy

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

(a) The Firm expressly disclaims any guarantee of exactness as to the colour of the final Product(s) as ordered by You based on the display quality of the Website. If the appearance of any Product/s, Services, Information, or other Material purchased or obtained by You through the Website does not meet Your expectations, please inform us. If there are any alteration with respect to your Order, it will be intimated to You by the Firm. If You do not agree with the same, the Firm will provide you an opportunity to either receive a full refund or a credit note to be redeemed against the purchase of an alternative Product of the same value.

(b) Title and risk of loss for all Product/s ordered by You shall pass on to You upon the Firm’s shipment to the shipping carrier.

(c) The Firm will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order. Subject to events beyond the Firm’s control, the Product(s) will be shipped within 5 days of the acceptance of the order, unless intimated otherwise.

(d) The Firm will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product(s) to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product(s) within the stipulated period of time, You should immediately notify the Firm.

(e) You have an obligation to forthwith check the Product(s) for accuracy upon receipt of the same.

(f) The Firm reserves the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to the Firm. Upon such cancellation, the Firm will refund the money to You. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of the Firm and You will have no right to contest the same. The reasons for cancellation could be due to non-availability of the Product(s), in accuracy in Product or pricing information or due to reasons of any fraud or wrong usage of payment mechanism adopted by You. Any cancellation will be intimated to You by the Firm.

(g) In the event You desire to cancel any order, then, such cancellation must be done prior to processing of the order as in the case of case personalisation or contact lenses etc. Once processed, the Firm will not accept any cancellation request from Your end.


RETURN, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE POLICY

IMPORTANT
Please inform us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt if you receive the product damaged or broken. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/replacements.
If you inform us post 24 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for You (as per the product warranty). Please feel free to email/call or chat with us to inform and send the product back to us.

To be eligible for a Store Credits or Exchange, the following conditions need to be met:

The request for return or exchange should be raised within 5 (Five) days of the receipt of the products from our Website;
To initiate a return request please mail us at info@getspexy.com or contact us on: (0) 9886516590 stating that you would like to return the goods, specifying exactly what the product(s), date of purchase & order number is with a copy of your receipt/invoice which you would have received via email when you placed the order.
You will need to specify the reason of return and provide us a reachable contact number to discuss your issue.
The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact when returned, else we will not be able to process the same;
The product should not have been used or should not have any dirt or scratches; it should not be bent or twisted. All parts should remain intact and must be returned with the original box, instructions, guarantee and any other extras or complimentary offers. In short, it should not be rendered unsalable;
Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the Firm as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable;
The Firm has a dedicated team which will check the returned products. The Firm reserves full rights of refund;
The return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product(s) in the condition as mentioned above.

As stated You could either get store credit or exchange it for another product, NO cash refunds will be provided on returns/exchanges. You could exchange the purchase product for a different product of the same value or a higher value. No difference will be paid in cash case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value, we will provide store credit. The option will be communicated either via the e-mail id provided by You to us or through the contact number which You have given us. The Firm is not responsible for any incorrect or mis-leading contact details. You will have a period of 7 (seven) days to confirm Your decision to us. In case we do not receive any communication from You then we will automatically provide with you with store credit.

Store credit will be processed within 10 (ten) working days from the date of acceptance and this will reflect in your account.

Apart from this, in the case the original manufacturers/producer/reseller provides any specific warranty, then, those will be applicable subject to Your compliance with the warranty terms mentioned therein. The Firm will provide reasonable assistance in this regard.
